1. 反复读20遍。

2. 做段落分析
2.a. 标示连接词和动词，主要是文法结构。可以参考钦定本。
2.b. 英文的NIV有较小的段落，ASV分的段落较大

3. 做大纲。主要是做重点，必要时可以跳开文法结构。

4. 做反省
4.a. 对照自己的生活。
4.b. 思考信徒和非信徒的需要。
4.c. 赞美和认罪。

6:3 神若許我們，我們必如此行。
6:4 論到那些已經蒙了光照、嘗過天恩的滋味、又於聖靈有分，
6:5 並嘗過神善道的滋味、覺悟來世權能的人，
6:6 若是離棄道理，就不能叫他們從新懊悔了。因為他們把神的兒子重釘十字架，明明的羞辱他。
6:7 就如一塊田地，吃過屢次下的雨水，生長菜蔬，合乎耕種的人用，就從神得福；
6:8 若長荊棘和蒺藜，必被廢棄，近於咒詛，結局就是焚燒。

6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: by: or, for
6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
